Just curious when this is going to be happening for everyone that plays the game as opposed to a few testers.

Just curious when this is going to be happening for everyone that plays the game as opposed to a few testers.
The patch is available for everyone who wants to play it, not only testers. It is not available in automatch though and it won't be any soon. I would say its going live about february but I might be mistaken.

That's ok because I know every good thing comes to he/she who waits. So in February I'll get cold tech and Rostov back in auto match. And heavies self sighting back and totally fixed up soviet defensive community commander.
