How much damage dose a building/structure need before it become not useable? or is there a way to make a building with minimal damage not enterable?

A building cant be used to garrison troops when half or less of the HP is left.
Use the overlay tool. Click on "toogle entity overlay", activate the object placement tool and all placed objects will be shown with HP pool and stats. Red marked building cant be garrisoned.
Keep mind that only the "building damaged" state will work. The SetHealth command dont work!
To block a building with more HP u could turn a house into a "visual object" (and use shootblockers and "impass map editor" tool to block the ground because units can walk through visual objects. They dont block units of bullets or grenades!)
U could try to block all door too but that will be a problem for "building infiltration units" like OB West Fallschirmjägers or Partisans because when u have blocked all doors they wont be able to leave the building.
