Haven't even looked at this game in months, amazed to see that there hasn't been a patch or balance change though...

Still a playground for whereaboo crybabies or are the Brits playable now?

Fast answer: the matchups between Brits and Wehr (Brits UP), Wehr and USF (Wehr UP), and OKW and Russians (OKW UP on certain maps) are suffering the most.
