Some bite sized changes I have been working on for well, I dunno.

Minor balance / design tweaks to try and improve the game without drastic changes to the original faction design.

All medium call-ins require minimum tier 2/3 (or battle phase for ostheer)
All heavies require all tiers (same as KT)
All building spawned units share a grenade global cool down

OKW
RAK crew increased to 5
RAK HP increased to 370
Puma moved to Tier 1
P4 moved to Tier 2
Tier 2 setup fuel requirement increased
Tier 2 and Tier 3 requires tier 1
OSTWIND added to tier 3
OSTWIND cost increased

Ostheer
222 Cannon upgrade icon removed since the upgrade is now active by default

Soviets
Democharges now require flamer upgrade
Penals no longer have flamers, replaced with molo’s
T34-76 fuel cost increased 90
MG sprint muni cost increased to 15 and duration reduced to 8 seconds
DSHK suppression lowered to 0.022 (half)

Brit
Mortars pits can no longer be built in the base sector

USF
The mortars ROF has been lowered

Luftwaffe Ground Forces Doctrine
Removed heavy fortifications
Added air resupply

Scavenge Doctrine
Removed OSTWIND
Added IR half track
