Nothing works. At all. Tried everything I could find on google related to:
"Entered Unhandled Exception Filter
"Bugsplat
"Application closed with error code 1129468744
etc. etc.
Game crashed for me after the big patch that fixed mortars (at least a little) but then the game magically started working a few weeks later. Now we have this stupid skin patch which has broken my game.
What the hell relic. Test your sh*t.

Have you tried verifying game cache via steam? And I'm assuming you re-installed the whole game?

I was getting the bugsplat for awhile and reduced my graphics settings. Seems to have worked after

Remove all replays from "C:\Users\Home\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2\playback".
The only reason COH2 is still around, is because it's preserved by salt.

It works today ... magically!
Just like before where it magically worked after the patch released.
And I did everything suggested here and more. I know how to troubleshoot these thing but I was pretty sure it was on relic's side of things after 3 hours of registry settings, tweaking of config files, changing user security permissions, and all that nonsense. Ate up 70 GB of bandwidth redownloading this game twice too.
Oh well, at least it's fixed now.
