Start with soviet industry

Hi, I'am new in this forum. Did anyone use soviet industry commander? How do you start game with this commander? I build T1, penals, scout car, penals, flamer on engineers, flamer on penals, t2, maxim or mortar, zis, t3, one t70, t4 and katyusha or spam t-34. Always if I have munition I call ally supply drop. Is this a good tactics?

Soviets are a very adaptive Faction, but i would definatly first go 2 penals, then the scoutcar, flamer first on penals in case you need a sweeper, if on maps with wooden houses i would maybe get a SU-76 after the t-70, since you can destroy important positions of your enemy

In general penals, because they destroy everything in their way. But you will most likely need 1 conscript for Utility (sandbags, AT-Nade). Since you pretty much play the basic soviet faction, combined Arms is your Key

IN 1v1 I often go 3 cons into tier 3 and 1 maxim into fast t70.
With tier 2 and conscripts you dont have to worry about armor because you can counter it with grenades and at gun if you srew up + t70 counter all its light tank counterparts (222 luchs) except puma.
Yes you have slightly weaker AI force,but you get supression and fast t70 whitch is much better than su76 in my opinion.
Getting t1 with only 1 conscript without guards call in i find very risky, because you cannot make mistake with your t70, it get hit by at gun and 222 can kill it then (if you go my strat, you can counter 222 by nades)
Also doggys strat will work but its much harder to pull out and you cannot screw it up until you get t70+su76 or t34/76s
