Quite a few of the balance changes are reasonable. However I'm not shelling out another fucking dime to these people. Rarely do I pay $60 for a game, and when I do it always sucks and I quit the first 2 weeks. This is one of those cases - how about they make these changes, then give me my $60 back and I'll consider playing - at this point I come on these forums to be a smart ass and see if there's any balance changes. It's been almost 2 weeks since the last balance change, and all they did was fuck up balance even harder by listening to the non stop complaining by Ostheer.
I disagree completely
a) Balance patches should never be released too often. Time needs to be taken to develop a meta.
b) The only thing broken with the Ostheer is the strafe (which is big mind you). Opel had already been nerfed since closed beta.
it's all just part of balance which will come in time which is fine 
but if you have to pay that would be no good ...
