OKW LeFH missing in skirmish vs. AI?

Okay, is my install messed up or is the OKW's LeFH missing from the commander bar and unbuildable when playing skirmish vs the AI?

I tried Cheatmod and it all looked fine there. Have you tried verifying your files in Steam yet?

I'll do that, but cheat mod isn't the issue. It's not there in regular skirmish vs ai.

Will do. Verifying the cashe now. Though could someone load up skirmish vs ai and select the OKW defensive commander and see if the LeHF is missing from the commander ability bar? It would only take a second.

So looks like this is limited to skirmish against AI.
LeFH appears as normal when playing against human opponents, but for some reason is completely missing from the commander when you play skirmish against the AI.
Interesting bug.
P.S. steam cache is verified.
