Any complete skinpacks around?

I am looking for skinpacks, or mods, that alter the look of all units, not only vehicles. Anything out there in mod and workshop land?

The problem with custom skins is that sometimes they don't download properly, meaning the host can't start the game, so they either have to kick you or you have to leave on your own, so for now I advise against using custom skins.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a modder myself and I have a few favorite skins on the workshop, such as the 7th Panzer Division Grey skins which are a complete pack, but I can't play with them due to what I explained above sadly, but I think decals are fine, victory strikes are also causing issues I think.
