Sturms are squishy and they should remain so. they are a t-0 unit that can win most engagements one on one against any other base infantry unit. So to further buff their already amazing early game combat power is an utterly ridiculous preposition.

The price might need some tweaking but it can't be cheap enough that we see a comeback of the retarded Attack move waffen ss ubermensch blob of doom.
think are pg blob effective ? No so why should sturm blob be effective ?

That isn't a good argument for price decrease. Different nations have different attributes. People bitch and moan about panzershrek being super costly but i don't see anyone bating an eyelid at UKF's infantry's section useless and costly gammon bomb or the cheap but useless PIAT.

useless piat if you don't attack ground or use them on light vehicle gamon is good think about it same as penal satchels with the added bonus of stunning tank and dealing high damage
Btw panzer sherck cost 60 each why should they cost 90 on sturm would it be fair if piat costed more for Sapper or bazoka for RE

PIAT is garbage and and even a vehicle with damaged tracks can steer clear out of the way of gammon bomb. You don't have to have "fair" pricing, the price should be made when thinking of the pro's and con's of the specific faction, not by the other factions.

The point is flying over your head and you are also making excuses, the price might need tweaking, but not for the reasons you cite.

But everything is starting to look rather lopsidedly in ostheer favour. better and cheaper shreks better AT gun stugs etc etc.

no the price of an upgrade is tied to the cost of the unit and the efficiency it was 90 beacuse volks were cheap and spammable but SP are hardly both so 60 or 70 for a sherck seems fair not 90

I still think a double shrek upgrade for 120 would be better on Obers, this gives better late game anti tank destroyer potential.

Doesn't the single shrek upgrade cost 75 munition on stormstroopers? and really guys a small decrease in the munitions for shreks on sturms isnt going to make a massive difference and isn't a big buff or anything.

For god sake, when axis receive massive nerfs, "its balance good for the game, its fine", when a very minor almost unnoticeable buff on the axis side, "NO AXIS OP, n@zi bias" , a minor 15 munition price reduction will somehow lead to UBER STURMs? kek.

+1

But OKW have more problems with allied light vechiles than with late game tanks.

So relic do something idk what, as always.

How OKW can have more problems with light vehicles then before patch? If anything they are better equipped now then before. Shrek timing is roughly the same, racketen is much better + they got vehicle snare now. If anything it is now easier for OKW to deal with any kind of light vehicle as the only thing that has changed is Shreck placement. It has not been nerfed in any way of form.Stop spreading myths and legends.
OKW play style has changed yes, but only because it was too effective and easy to execute. OKW AT capabilities were actually buffed. so can you please stop this nerf nonsense.

On the topic:
If economically viable I don't see any reason why Shrek cost shouldn't be reduced. likewise I don't see any reasons why adding Shreks to Obers would be a bad idea provided you have to pick between lmg34, Sgk44 or Shrek and can't have both AI and AT on one squad but that's kind of obvious.

+1 to Shrek cost being reduced... on a side note does anyone feel like the StrumPio aim time with Shrek is god awful compared to what Volks used to be like? Any time I've used them it feels like they take for-ev-er to shoot. (Maybe that's because the shrek model is more likely to be sniped?)

OKW players are still in shock. Not having the game's best AT on one of the games most durable units anymore is very jarring I'm sure.

It's hard to feel sympathy when shreck blobs were mindlessly attack-moving through allied armor for the last 2 years. You're still in good shape, some of us don't even get handheld AT (PTRS is shit).

I can't verify this right now, but aim-times are tied to the weapon; thus any unit that picks up the schreck should have the same aim time as the original unit (I doubt that relic created a new weapon profile for SP schrecks).

However, what has changed is that Volks vet5 had a -30% reload time; Sturms do not. On the other hand, high-vetted Sturms will almost never ever miss their schrecks against vehicles.

(The only one infantry unit with reload time veterancy is the Captain; thus keep those slots empty in case you manage to pick up a schreck).
