So I reinstalled this the other day having played it to death 10-ish years ago. There are still about 7k players online at any time and to my surprise it's not just because of dota. I was still able to find a 1v1 automatch quite quickly.

This was a real blast from the past and nearly brought tears to my eyes as this is hands down the game that I've spent the most time playing. Anyone here play WC3 anymore?

Ah I loved that game, still hoping for another warcraft RTS. I just look at heroes of the storm graphics...and damn, that could be a nice looking warcraft game. What's your favorite hero/race?

I mostly play orc for the very aggressive early game with blademaster. It's pretty much win early or go bust because their tier 3 is pretty garbage.

I think a lot of people play on war 3 arena these days. I still watch the occasional replay but I don't play anymore.

Looks interesting, but it doesn't support the latest War3 patch? Anyway, I'll probably give it a try after I practice on bnet some more, because it looks like all the hardcore players are on w3arena and I'll probably get stomped.

On bnet I've had a fair mix of good and bad players so far, but my micro is terrible compared to what it used to be. Also playing lots of COH2 lately didn't help as War3 is much more fast paced.

Same here. my APM is shite compared to other melee veteran, also SC2 set up really ruins my W3-sense.
