can i keep the duplicates i already have and use them to stack.. For example I have 2 tiger veterency increase bulletins. Can I still use them both if I dont salvage the duplicate?

Players can have only 1 type of any item equipped in a single loadout now.

According to relic, %0.01 increased accuracy should suffice. You won't be able to stack them.

. so how about if i use bulletins like this : recruit assault traning (0.96x reload) and stuge reload (0.97x) and veteren assault training (0.98x reload and 1.06x rotation)will these stack? And will these apply to both variations of the stug?

- Rework the whole bulletin library.
- Get rid of useless doctrinal abilities/units, replace them with proper stuff.
- Redesign shitty maps such as Lost Glider and semoisky or get rid of them and replace them with new ones

On one side I´m happy I can trade all those useless bulletins and quadruplicates into something useful and finally get some doctrines and skins I´ve always wanted.
On the other side bulletins in general are pointless now.
Well, I´ll gladly throw them all into the trashcan for new skins and doctrines.
Also: How do you know who farmed the bulletins and who actually achieved them by gaming?

1v1 may be really competitive but it isnt really fun for me
