how do you effectively use adv emp regiment in 1v1 and what build order should you have for it?
is it better than mobile assault?

If your aim is to use the Advanced Emplacement commander, I would suggest watching some games from SturmtigerSage6. He uses that commander a lot and has a pretty high level.

Well, from what i heard you get Starting IS-IS-IS-IS-T1-Bofors-5 Men Upgrade-AT-AT-T3-Crom-Crom... Then go from there. Though you need to fit in the weapon upgrade somewhere in the build order.
Get a Bofor in a VP then a Pit behind the Bofors in a safe location but close enough to cover it from indirect fire. Do these to cover a VP and a fuel if possible, if not try to cover the fuel with Bofors and try to get the VP with your IS.
