Can anyone else not switch the game between full screen and windowed mode anymore since the latest patch? I used to press Alt+Enter and then Alt+Tab to other windows while waiting in queue. Often, I'd also push the CoH2 window a bit to the side so I could keep an eye on the queue status while surfing.
Now Alt+Enter just seems to switch between borderless window mode and fullscreen mode. Borderless window mode is great to finally have but I'd still like to be able to move the window around. Does anyone know how I can do that?
Window mode gone?

Yeah this is something I hope the devs can confirm if they will be working on this or not. As a streamer Windows Borderless is just so much smoother to switch between tasks.

you do so via the steam lauch settings

First, for image quality I recommend going into the CoH2 options and setting the resolution to as close as your monitor resolution, if your computer can handle it.
In Steam, right click Company of Heroes under the My Games list on the left, select properties, and click the SET LAUNCH OPTIONS… button.
Paste in
-window –fullwindow
And press enter.
Next time you run the game, it will run in borderless fullscreen windowed mode.
There’s also several other launch options that most users don’t know about.
-nomovies
Skips the into scenes so you can start playing faster.
-forceactive
Makes sound continue to play in the background, so if you alt tab while automatching, you know when you’ve been matched by the sound.
-lockMouse
Makes it so that your cursor is “locked” into the game screen. Very useful for multi monitor setups so you can still use edge scrolling
I personally run with all of the following:
-nomovies -window -fullwindow -forceactive -lockMouse

is there any noticeable advantage of using Relic way over the autohotkey "Inverse suggested" way?

It's easier to set up and doesn't require 3rd party, that's your advantage.

In terms of performances and resources used. I guess the answer is no considering they do pretty much the same thing almost the same way.
