Shout out to Relic for dank af balance preview patch!

60mm Mortar

• Added M1 60mm Mortar to USF Starting Building

M2HB HMG Team

• M2HB .50cal HMG penetration from 3/2/1 to 7/6/5.
• Can now load AP rounds for 25% increased damage and +10 pentration.

Volksgrenadier

• Panzershrek Package removed.
• Added StG 44 Package. Grants the squad two StG 44s that improve short-mid range combat for 60 munitions.
• Panzerfaust ability added which is unlocked after a truck is built. (Panzerfaust works just like the Grenadier Panzerfaust)

MG34 HMG Team

• Mid accuracy from 0.41 to 0.5
• Far accuracy from 0.14 to 0.28
• Cooldown from 2.5/3 to 1.75/2.5
• Available in the H.Q but requires a Battle Group H.Q or Mechanized H.Q.

MG 42 HMG Team

• MG 42 replaces the MG 34 dispatch

I bought vCoH on January 3rd, 2007.
Still missing the days of vCoH 1.71. It had it's issues, like paks sniping 57s, and the strafe didn't work, but overall, it was probably the most balanced time in CoH history.

OF ruined that. CoH 2 is....balanced in a nasty way. Everyone has an equal stockpile of gamebreaking bullshit. USA is full of early game BS while the OKW doesn't get its BS until late game. It's just a question of how badly you exploit the faction's shit and how quickly, after a patch, you discover the gaping holes of bullshit Relic leaves. But either way, it's all BS. The only "BS" in vCoH that was gamechanging was the fast m8 vs a bunker.

ya.. now OKW is force to start with Mech HQ and get a puma early because that is only ok reliable AT OKW can first get, or mine that shit out the entire map. because once AI tank like Centuar, T70, Stuart, hits the field OKW have nothing really to stop it except Puma, unless they have like 3-4 AT guns by that time.

Nice patch. More strategies are available now. And OKW needs some skill to play finally.

StG package for Volks is a little redundant considering Sturms. I'd rather 5 mp40s so as to avoid splitting the squad into effective ranges. OKW is going to have stock MGs with this change.

Flak truck should be a panzerschreck rack.
