Hi!
Does anybody know how the game handles the units in game?
I know they have unit IDs like 50000 and upwards but is there any documentation on this?
How does the game "know" that a unit is dead? Will the unit ID be replaced by another unit when it enters the field? If not, can dead units be resurrected by a script?
And what about the ownage, how are the owners called within the game (like player1, player2,...) and how are they connected to the units?
Are there any direct triggers for the tank guns when the cooldown is set to 0 if that's possible?
If you have some answers, I'd be happy. :-)

You can use a Game Event to trigger on the death of a Squad, then create a new Squad that is identical to the one that died. The only difference will be ID, which is not visible to players.
Everything in the game has an ID and an Object, including Players. The ID is a number, while the Object is what is referred to in Player_ functions (even though it is sometimes called an ID there, too).

What exactly is an Egroup or Sgroup for?
Is it just a helper for giving several entities/squads the same command instead of giving it several times to every single entity/squad?
