Possible bug. As I don't play against this unit very often, I might just be unaware of any recent changes. But I noticed you don't detect when your troops are being scanned anymore. I'm pretty sure this was the case before?
If it is indeed a bug, I'll try to replicate it. Otherwise, feel free to lock the thread mods.

sometimes i see the search bean sometimes not.
sometimes all my units have the visibility thing ( kinda blue and blurrish?) sometimes not.
sometimes my units become perma visible for the enemy sometimes not.
its kinda to strong for its cost, too

Agreed, it needs to inform the player you are being observed 100% of the time. In team games the infaHT is to potent a spotting tool for the cost for you not to be aware what is happening.
