Launching Coh2 adds a German keyboard layout

I have two keyboard layouts: native russian and english. After launching Coh2 and exiting the game, there is german language added as well by itself. Does anybody with 2+ languages have a same problem?

I've got the problem of it switching between german when I play arma, cant remove the german one for some reason. Don't know if it's because of coh2

I would check out Microsofts site. I've never seen an issue like this before.

thanks for the effort but that's not the problem in question, it's the new language that's being added to the 2 I use. I tried googling that initially but found nothing
