why doesn't COH 2 have a frontlines mod like Man of war?

Has anyone played man of war, I guess yes if you are a major WW2 fan. I wonder, can't they add a frontline mod as like in Men of war for Coh 2. But add some damage statistics as in Blitzkrieg mod? To make it more real?

Why? Because no one wants to waste time modifying a mediocre game.
