cmon not speaking english nowdays i rly dotn belive that even my grandma can speak english...also im sure some would kindly translate if needed

nope, he does not speak a single word english, in ESL naggano was needed to translate even simple things to him

Nah is not good enough. Have some friends (carloff) who speak russian so I employed him instead.

Well, that was a short interview. If you guys sat down, couldn't you at least have like got a chill photo or something so it makes it more personal and not so generic? Or maybe some different questions, just my 2 cents tho.
