CPU: Intel Core i5-750 /2.66GHz (3,8GHz OC) LGA1156
RAM: G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) 1600MHz CL9 RL
MOBO: Gigabyte P55-UD3 /intel P55, Dual DDR3-2000, GLan/
GPU: Radeon R7 250X
So I would like to upgrade a bit my PC. I know that 4GB is a joke these days so I am going to buy 8GB but I don't know which one. What company, MHz and CL do you recommend?

Well, depends about your mobo, how much ram does it support, 1866, 2400, etc, just check how much will it support, I currently have 8gb vengeance pro series 2400 mhz, also, depends if your current ram is good, if it is i would suggest buying the same brand, same specs stick of 1 X 4 gb, these days you will see packages that contain 2 X 4gb of good ram, in this case mine. Hope it helps, cheers.

You got 4 slots, the 2x 1600/CL9 Ram is decent, so i'd suggest to throw in 2x4 more.
Just try to find matching 1600/CL9 ones from a decent manufacturer. If it's G.Skill, Kingston, whatever, doesn't really matter.
Edit: just to clarify something. With matching i mean modules that achieve the setting of your current ones, or above.

Ok so i am going to buy this one:
Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 8GB/1600 (2*4GB) CL9-9-9-24
My current settings in BIOS

I changed right now RAM settings to 9-9-9-24 and 1600MHz and it works. So should I leave old sticks and add new ones in free slots or remove old ones?
There is one thing that I don't get. In CPU-Z in 'memory' tab there is command rate and it shows T1 but in SPD command rate is T2. Is it correct?

It should use those settings on auto.
SPD is the readout, memory is for actual settings in use atm. Most sticks are T2, and T1 may cause instability with some.
Long story short: don't overthink a simple addition of some Ram.
Throw in the new set into the remaining two slots, leave it on auto and just check if it's running at 1600 / CL9 (as expected).
