Skin mod in-game interface question

I've noticed that in the game, when you hover the cursor over a skin icon, the information window that pops up has some differences when looking at a skin from Relic and a user-made one. Below is a sample window from a Relic skin:



The biggest difference is that theirs has a sample vehicle image. Does anyone know how to add an image that will show up here for a user skin mod?

Another difference is that (at least for skins I've created) the winter version is always called "Winterized <+ the original name>". The Relic winter skins do not have that consistent prefix, so it should be possible to have the name of the skin appear as the original name or any other arbitrary text other than "Winterized <+ original name>". Any ideas how to do this? I ask because the mod I am working on is a winter skin pack and having it show up as a "Winterized ... Winter Skin Pack" is a bit redundant.

Last difference is they have an additional bit of text that shows up in italics in the lower right corner. That's not something I'm trying to make use of but it might still be nice to know how to get it in there.

The wizard is the reason for that stuff, you still end up having to do stuff manually most of the time.
