I have a question on how the 2 or 3% harder to hit bulletins affect recieved accuracy modifiers.
Say a 2% harder to hit bulletin for a panzergrenadier which has .87 rec accuracy. Will 2% means it becomes .85 RE?
Does it affect RE gained from veterancy in the same manner?Same question for 3% hader to hit paras.

I'm pretty sure they're all multiplicative.

If they were multiplicative, how much would that make say a pzgren with 2% bulletin on top of inherent .87 re?

Just 0.87 X 0.98 = 0.826

Example: 0.87*0.97

Now, regarding PG, IIRC it's 0.8

We wanted to better establish the mid-range role of this unit. We lowered its short range damage output and increased its mid range performance. Additionally, we further increased its durability to reduce damage received on approach.
Received accuracy modifier from 0.87 to 0.8

Now, i couldn't find the base receive accuracy on files, but i did find this

target_size: 0.8f;

I don't have/know the whole DPS formula accounting for stats of target but i assume it's just the same as receive accuracy.

0.73 if you stack three 3% harder to hit bulletins.

Vet2 without bulletins: 0.568
Vet2 with bulletins: 0.518

I heard the effective health of Osttruppen goes up a ton from vetting considering their six men, might be even more effective than you expected!

Abusing triple harder to hit bulletin (with triple boost for sight - 9%)for Guards for a long long time :megusta:

But currently I prefer triple molotov bulletin. With vet 2 it's has better range than rifle nade :hansGASM:

But was it always applied this way instead of how it's applied through veterancy?

Used to be infantry just had a target size of one and could have had a innate received accuracy modifier even without vet. They removed innate received accuracy modifiers and instead changed the infantry that had a received accuracy modifiers to have a different target size.

i don't know; i don't know how the vet bonus works. i assumed it just made them smaller (lol) but from what you said it sounds like it may work differently?
