The icon itself isn't smaller, the guy in the icon is more zoomed out.

Yeah if they zoomed in more, you would see nothing but that big ass nose
Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

Does it really matter anyway, there are a ton of inconsistencies between the artstyles of commander portraits, it's too late to fix all of it now lol
