Replicating IR Halftrack non-moving searchlight bug

So I remember people talking about how the IR halftracks searchlight could be stopped to scan only one area and seeing it here I want to know how you replicate the bug.

NVM, i found the way.
This is compound of 2 bugs:
1- You can push around vehicles which need to be deploy in order to be use and have them still be able to use it's ability or weapon. (Ex: IR HT or Flak HT)
2-This bug in question is either:
A-You have to force the vehicle to move once the arc of the beam is on the edges. It will then stay still.
B-Once you force the vehicle to move while the beam is moving around, it might switch direction (if it was going clockwise it will go counterclockwise or viceversa) and be force to beam out of it's arc getting stuck.
Edit: after further test i think its option B

Honestly I'm not sure how it happened, I didn't even notice it while I was actually playing. Probably a setup/movement related issue since I repositioned it a couple of times.
