Countering osttruppen rush

I just lost 2 games in a row to the same guy using the osttruppen commander. He always starts off with 3 osttruppen to rush to my sectors then an mg to lock down tmy side, scout car and flame halftrack to take out weapon teams and snipers. Do to the build order he can cap super fast in the beginning and get T2 fast real fast because he doesn't build t1. The games were over by the 9 minute mark. How do you counter this kind of strategy?

Either go molotovs into T2 (safer but you risk losing a lot of map control early on) or go extremely aggressively with 2 cons, 2 engis into 2 M3s. Use the M3s for your advantage until T1 gets built by the Ostheer player. Tech AT Nades and call in guards to counter the 222.

I usually rush out a quad and hmg spam to counter this. This is especially effective on dense/urban maps.

Just tried rushing an m5 with mgs . Worked amazing, so much so that the osttruppen player called me derogatory names and threatened to report me.

Works very well too. Bonus, x2Mg 42 stolen. Late game with isu-152 with x2 Su-76. Only weakness, no T2 AT, but hopefully, Su-76 did a great job.
