1.) [OKW] ["Flak 43" on top of the "Schwerer Panzer Headquarters" has no firing sound]

Description of Bug:
- The OKW "Flak 43" on top of the OKW "Schwerer Panzer Headquarters" has no firing sound when the health hits a certain amount
(maybe when under 70 % of health / "first damaged state" of the model.).

Repo Steps:
- Build a OKW "Schwerer Panzer Headquarters".
- Get the "Schwerer Panzer Headquarters" damaged to approximately 60 % of health.
- The OKW "Flak 43" on top of the OKW "Schwerer Panzer Headquarters" has no firing sound when firing at enemies.

2.) [American] [The tank wreck of the "M4A3 Sherman "Easy-Eight"" has a texture issue.]

Description of Bug:
- The wreck of the American "M4A3 Sherman "Easy-Eight"" has a texture issue.

Repo Steps:
- Build an American "M4A3 Sherman "Easy-Eight"".
- Get it destroyed.
- Look at the black wreck of the tank and see the texture issue.
(The texture is not in line with the model of the wreck.)

3.) [Soviet] [The "ML-20 152mm Howitzer" gets two barrage abilities at veterancy level 3]

Description of Bug:
- The Soviet "ML-20 152mm Howitzer" gets two barrage abilities at veterancy level 3.

Repo Steps:
- Build a Soviet "ML-20 152mm Howitzer".
- Get it to veterancy level 3.
- At veterancy level 3 the howitzer has two barrage abilities to use.
(The standart range ability barrage and the veterancy level 3 increased range barrage ability.)

4.) [British] ["Sten Gun" ("Royal Engineers") shows no muzzle fire & no empty patrones]

Description of Bug:
- The British "Sten Submachine Gun" used by British "Royal Engineers" shows no muzzle fire and no empty patrones coming out while firing.

Repo Steps:
- Build British "Royal Engineers".
- Fire their "Sten Submachine Gun" at enemies or buildings.
- The "Sten Submachine Gun" shows no muzzle fire and no empty patrones are coming out while firing.

5.) [Wehrmacht and OKW] [Hull MGs of "Ostwind", "Elefant", "Tiger/Tiger Ace" and "Kingtiger" do not aim at targets, they do not track and show no rotation animation]

7.) [OKW] ["Panther PzKpfw V Command Tank" is missing treads and wheels after "burn/cook to death"]

Description of Bug:
- The OKW "Panther PzKpfw V Command Tank" has no treads and misses several wheels after a "burn/cook to death" while the standart "Panther" has treads and all wheels.
