Hey guys
I know there are a few oldfarts around here like me, so maybe this game rings a few bells (as in walking into an actual shop and pulling it down from a shelf not knowing what it is but admiring dat Super VGA).
For all others: Master of Orion 1&2 are THE true 4X Classics of all time.
Wargaming (the guys behind World of Tanks) are doing a mashup remake of Master of Orion 1 and 2, faithfully with help from original developers and all. No microtransactions, just a simple old-school game with complex possibilites and all that jazz.
So far, the only thing which isn't spot on for me is some of the dialogue and perhaps starlanes.
