Nothing big, just wanted to put it down. Should have low priority, but i would like to have the possibility to draw horizontal lines into posts, spanning from left to right. It is not so much necessary for regular posts, but it is very helpful to structure bigger posts, like guides etc.
I've seen it independently as a bbcode option [hr] or similar, or directly attached to all the header types [h1-5].
horizontal lines

hr is semantic element.
Associated to h3-6 is a style element to titles.
It's pretty different and I wouldn't want people to be confused. Which one are you looking for?
Definition and Usage
The <hr> tag defines a thematic break in an HTML page (e.g. a shift of topic).
The <hr> element is used to separate content (or define a change) in an HTML page.

i have no idea about the coding background and definition of specific elements.
All i want is a way to generate a horizontal line that stretches all the way from left to right, to separate content. Basicly an easier method to avoid
The reason i brought up the H3-h6 styles was, most of the time you want such a separation you will start with a new headline anyway and it might look aesthetically nicer to have it closer to the headline instead of in the next line. Kind of similar to what GR.org does with their headlines. Look for example here in the tourney rules post:

Support this idea, would be nice for formatting newsposts. Having it be separate from the h-formats would be most useful. Then it's optional. Maybe one that is 2px tall and one that is 1px tall?

you mean like this _____________________________________________
or this --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this also ==================================================================
maybe even this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
my point being seems easy enough to do without having a special code for it. not that i couldn't be a bad idea just kinda seems like its already there.
