Why did my topic was closed?

My topic about top 10 things to be balanced got closed by Mortar. It says its flaming/trolling. I dont understand at all. I was not flaming I was totally serious. Why its trolling when I know I am not trolling at all.

You should have sent a PM to the Moderator concerned.
As a guideline, your thread was considered poor, because you attempted to combine a series of propositions on different subjects and different armies, all in one poll, on the same Balance thread.
The likely outcome was that the world and his wife would have entered the thread, debating different topics. The thread would have become unruly and incoherent.
In future, if you have a subject on Balance, restrict it to one topic only per thread - and don't start 8 threads all at the same time, because that would be flaming.
Frankly, the issue of a new Pershing Commander is hardly balance material anyway, since it is not even in the game. Balance is about what exists and may need a fix, not what new units might come in time.
