I found a topic into gamestar for every german players who he can test his Inet upload and download speed from the annouced dsl reduction speed.

In this side you get some information about it and they posted a side who it can be tested how much:

Ultimately if you're playing the game to make it so it's not enjoyable for other people to be playing the game then we'd rather you not play the game. Sure, be competitive and try to win but if your goal is to troll then go play Call of Duty.

I guess you missunderstood something. There is no general speed reduction for DSL in Germany. One provider has removed all volume flatrates but these changes won't be applied before 2016. The link you posted is just poor advertisment for a simple internet speed test.

ehm dsl reduction for me

becasue i think if you realy wanna fuck agirl or getting a straight "pimmel" than go into a puff otr get ur wives/girl into ur bed than its real and much better

but dsl to degreades it to shit it... what gonna pc gamers do aftert that the 75 mb gonna be used?...
