My loadout keep reseting

can u guys pls help me..i keep getting reconnecting button..after im done reconnecting ..all my loadout are gone..all 5 faction..:huhsign:

Happens frequently to me, it's mostly a connection problem and sometimes Relic servers are busy or something.
