Around minute 4 Ami says 'Do you know how long it takes to lower a fuel point flag?!'
And I stopped for a moment and thought...No. No I don't actually. Hundreds of hours of play and no idea of exactly how long it takes.
So, can anyone post how long in seconds it takes to lower the different flags? I assume it takes as long to raise them and there are no buffs/debuffs like for riflemen and PE in CoH1.

15s: Standard Territory Point
20s: Victory Point
30s: Fuel or Munitions Point
Revert Times to Neutral are:
10s: Standard Territory Point
13s: Victory Point
20s: Munitions or Fuel
15s: Standard Territory Point
20s: Victory Point
30s: Fuel or Munitions Point
Revert Times to Neutral are:
10s: Standard Territory Point
13s: Victory Point
20s: Munitions or Fuel

For Counter-attack, the capture rate is multiplied by 3. Breakthrough, revert rate is multiplied by 3. I'm pretty sure most/all infantry have a value of 1 for capture and revert rates so:
(warning, miragefla is bad at math and is not sure if they are actually these numbers or if they round up or down)
Under Counter-Attack Tactics for capturing neutral points:
5s: Standard Territory Point
6.666667s: Victory Point
10s: Fuel or Munitions Point
Under Breakthrough for reverting hostile points:
3.333s: Standard Territory Point
4.3333s: Victory Point
6.666s: Munitions or Fuel
