How to deal with early Soviet snipers + Guards in 2v2 as OST

Friend and I keep losing to Soviet snipers and Guards Rifles with PTRS's. Whatever light vehicle we get out to deal with the snipers gets wrecked by the PTRS, and our MG's get wrecked by the snipers. Can't even effectively counter-snipe when Soviets have 2 women in their sniper squads. Any ideas?

Use mass (6-7 if you have to) grens backed by a HT to push them off the map.
