In simple terms the issue is just that the css file is not loading properly, but it's not a static css file that's why, it's calculated pragmatically, and somehow you guys have an issue with it.
Visiting the css page on the browser should tell more about the issue.

I have disabled the feature causing the issue until I can find a proper fix as I'm done for today.
