Currently both of these tanks lack heavy crush leading to 2 HUGE issues as USF. The lack of heavy crush can cause these tanks to get stuck on carcasses of their own size as well as get stuck in one another if one tank out of two dies too close to the other. This leads to huge path finding issues that makes microing USF tanks frustrating and almost unbearable as they get caught on almost everything. While their lack of heavy crush is historicity accurate (Sherman cant run over panthers lol) its makes for a very frustrating experience as your tank spins in circles trying to escape a friendly tank that died right next to it.
Solution: Give Sherman (maybe Jackson) ability to crush their own carcasses or like size tanks to help with poor path finding.
Sherman and Jackson lack heavy crush

it would be neat if the sherman get hedge cutter, but I think it's too late for that.

Maybe just make the dozer a standard upgrade and call it a day. Haven't tested, but the dozer should be easy to add onto the standard M4A3 Sherman as like the PIV and its Stub/Command tank variant, the Dozer is just a slight modification that uses the same base with all the additions being added as an apply_action modifier upon spawning.
And hey, it would give USF more utility in getting good positions for their troops.

they should have the same crush as other mediums, whatever the standard is.

I like this idea. Would give USF a way to control the flow of armor battles lategame on their own territory and help defend themselves better, as well as increase the choices a player has in the lategame as USF for their munitions.
Though the better change would be to fix the issue so tanks don't glitch into wrecks. It affects all factions' medium armor, and wasn't an issue until a few patches ago.
