I think you know the answer to this already. If squad members only get vet rewards upon attaining a vet level (squad based), they can no longer vet at max vet afaik.

ha-ha-ha... HAHAHAHAHAHA...

They are making tiny, tiny changes in patches in attempts to "fine-tune" balance, when infantry combat (that is/should be 80% of the game) is completely broken... and meanwhile ESL is happening... and people have no idea that infantry performance is currently just a complete, random, hilarious mess. Seriously, this should get a headline on the .org homepage.

BTW, didn't they fix that once already? I am sure the same exact problem was discovered a while ago and then supposedly 'fixed'.

On the bright side this at least offers hope that Brits won't be terrible after AEC nerf once its fixed. That and Soviets can stop crutching on Maxim spam.

Vet 5 OP now since there are 2 more chances for the models to get fresh Vet lol

Wow...I mean...I guess...this should be moved to the top of the list and fixed even if it would mean delaying the new patch.

Infantry vet, which is kinda of a big deal, is critical for play, and I feel like I have been playing another game then. This also explains why scripts are just soooooooo bad at the 15 minute mark.

I sure hope Brad addresses this is on the next stream being condescending to the entire community about how if we would just listen to him talk we would understand the game when it's the community who is finding and fixing all of their bugs. :snfPeter:

So that's it. God damn. I should've known.

When I was testing out mod tools I realized that reinforced units were not imparting the kinds of goofy things I was testing out and I could not for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I eventually gave up and trashed a mod I was building because I was convinced I was doing things wrong.

Ah that's hilarious.

Indeed they would, but not being able to hit anything, is a bit of a problem.
