Whenever I start CoH 2 I get stuck on this screen... http://gyazo.com/dbaacf06cbf94ca620f0a5ac15ff8083
I hear the sounds of the menu loading and I have the cursor, when I move cursor over where the buttons are it makes the noise, its just the image being stuck there.
I verified content, changed startup settings etc. but nothing. Would it be worth reinstalling to see if that works? If I do, which files should I retain to keep my gamesaves or is it on their servers?

Can you maybe try the following start paremeters and see if it works:
-nomovies -window -lockmouse

Well, was worth a try, but besides the usual stuff i can't recommend you anything specific. Hope someone else has an idea.
Mission saves / checkpoints are stored online.
If you got personal savegames, you may want to backup this:
C:\Users\user\Documents\my games\company of heroes 2\Savegames

I have fixed it, I went onto GeForce Experience and messed about with some of the settings.
