A lot of ppl asked for that:

In preparation for this launch, we have been revisiting how our skins are packaged and sold. As a result, players that had purchased only the Winter or Summer variants of some skins will automatically be granted the other one for free. In addition to the TWFA skins that were previously only available through Warspoils, the in-game store will also exclusively feature some never-before-seen skins.

When they said we get winter version of skins we own summer version of, i though they was tricking us because if u exclude WFA none of the purchasable skins fit that critera. But they make all the skins winter and summer now. Pretty good even if some of the winter skins dont be good for summer maps.

I agree with you. I am very happy seeing this feature going live but I worry that revisiting more of the HUD could last one year again. Hopefully not.
