Ostruppen bulletin.

Do relief infantry, which are Ostruppen, benefit from the Ostruppen bulletin? I only ask because the ability is called something different but the unit name is the same. In my experience if the name doesn't match, the bulletin doesn't effect. Like irregular and partisans. I like my bulletins to overlap with every commander in the lineup. I hate having a bulletin that is not functional.

What bulletin do you mean? The only bulletin I can think of with ostruppen is the dispatch which doesn't apply to relief infantry.

There's a bulletin that makes them harder to hit, its rare. I cannot think of the name.

Ah, yes that bulletin applies to all units with the osttruppen unit type. So all types of osttruppen will benefit from it.

Thank you! Now I just need to decide if I want to buy the Ostruppen doctrine or washout for it to drop

Bulletin says "reduce vulnerablitiy of OstTruppen by 3%" which means (I think) 3% less recived accuracy.
