So, this is a very strange issue i sometmies experience.
Ocasionally, my game, for no apparent reason, starts loading very slowly. Now, it usually loads just fine, and i can play just fine. However, sometimes, it does not.
When this happens, my screen freezes and nothing happens for 1-2 minutes. Eventually, the game does load, but when it finally does, the game drops.
Sometimes i drop and get a loss, sometimes i get a win.
I have no idea what causes this and this has happened quite a few times to me now. I get a number of losses and wins because of this...
So... WTF?

I also had this issue before but luckily it stopped a few patches ago.
I don't think that you can do something against this on purpose. It's simply pretty, PRETTY bad optimisation.
In my case I have a i7 processor and a Geforce GTX970 graphics card and I usually have to wait 10-20 seconds longer than my mate until the game starts for me.

It is though God by command has withdrawn every other throne.

It's a server/connection issue I think. I have this too but my PC is fine and I don't play on max settings.

I had played in a team with a guy with a bad PC, in 50% games he was loading so slow that the game was freezing for the other players when he was still loading and then droping all players before he can load. Then when all people were droped from the game - allies and enemies he was able to load and play, with AI i assume.
