Is this a thing? I've been running into players lately with 3x 10% less suppression on shock troops as an example.... does that mean they have 30% less suppression total on shock troops? Is this a thing?

Yes it works, no bulletins don't make a difference worth spending mental energy on.

3 10% less supression volks is extremely powerful.

Some bulletins don't stack.

E.g. 3x satchel charge range increase does absolutely nothing. Not even as good as 1x satchel charge range increase.

Bug or feature is up to your faith in relic.

Interesting... when duplicate bulletins were first coming out I was confidently told that they made no difference, though I generally put them in anyway to express my irritation at the warspoils system...

Permanently Banned
Met a guy in a 4v4 who had 3 bulletins stacked with: 'King Tiger receives 10% faster/more veterancy'. It was madness... xd

I use 2x 5% increase on Grens cooldown and 1x 3% accuracy increase. I assume this is the most efficient way to do it when you factor in how much accuracy they get with vet so the cooldown would matter more, but the base accuracy is helpful for the first shot before there is any cooldown. Oh well. I don't have enough bulletins to stack on anything else to make a difference besides three m3a1 armor bulletins.

Shermans/ panthers reload 15% faster (3x 5%) is my current bulletin favorite.

Though 3x grenade range and 3x shrek cost seem to be the best.

Having 10% less cooldown on grens must make their LMG´s fire almost full auto

It makes the bursts shoot faster, but the time between bursts in unaffected. That would be from rate of fire, which they don't have a bulletin for. I'm pretty sure this is how it works.

I'm pretty sure you have that backwards. Cooldown is time between bursts and ROF is during the burst. I may be wrong.

Yeah cool down is time between shots or bursts. Rate of fire is just how fast a burst is.
