I bought it for £25.99/€30.38 over at http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/
pretty cheap. The website says I will get my key within 12 hours, but im not sure If I will have to wait unitl 2 days before release? I am currently playing the beta but not sure if I will be able to continue playing until release? The beta has been extended for 5 days though, till sunday

Can someone explain whats the difference between buying on steam or somewhere else? im asking cause of steam being far more expensive than the others. You get the same thing from steam or somewhere else, right?

Some of the cheap links ~50€ are from key resellers. They buy copies or steam gifts in countries where those are cheaper and then send you a scan/photograph of the code or the game as a gift directly.
I've bought quite a few games from one of those sites up to now and have never had problems.
However, there are indeed problems that can arise. I suggest you read this short link and watch TotalBiscuit's video there as well:
