Will cons get a lmg upgrade in the next patch?

Cons must get an lmg upgrade or coh2 will be dead. I wanna know if relic considering giving cons a DP lmg upgrade becouse if its not the case then we can basicly bury COH2. Soviet is the main faction of the game and cons are primary soviet infantry are just a capping unit and a xp cannon fodder. They have nothing to put up against long range. Fragile as hell they cant get in the range before half of the squad is dead.

For the record, there are better ways of balancing than giving everyone a LMG. I'd like to see less of them, not more.

I've already written an example. What you are asking for is to make cons another a-moving volks, or to throw t-34/76's and SU-76's even further into oblivion. Units such as LMG paras and obers have to be changed IMO, and then cons will be much easier to balace IMHO.

No, I am saying that T-34 is currently in a bad state, and needs to be fixed as well as cons, but not necesarilly in a direct way. Nerfing obers and paras would passively buff cons, as well as making changes to the call-in meta would propably increase value of T-34's.

Con's at Vet 2 and 3 are very very hard to kill except for Obers, if con's were given some from of Anti Inf upgrade they would be super strong.

Vet2 conscripts have exactly the same survivability as vet0 ones.
At vet3 they get what certain axis infantry STARTS with.
They also have AI upgrade, its called PPSh and they are still shittiest infantry in game with it.

Your post is utter BS.

And no, cons do not need any LMGs.

Well I didn't look in to the stats, but at face value they seem to be a LOT harder to kill once they get Vet 2/3, I was not intending to spread mis-information, just what I see happening in game a lot.

So please stop being such an aggressive ass about things :)

Conscripts
Vet 2 +25% Range on Molotov +40% Accuracy
Vet 3 +30% Armor -20% Cooldown -25% Recharge on AT Grenade

Cons don't get harder to kill at Vet2, you are just misremembering. They get Vet 3 armor bonus.

Where as Cons faces Grenadiers who have the same vet bonus
Vet 2 +25% Range on Rifle-grenade +40% Accuracy
Vet 3 +30% Armor -20% Cooldown -25% Recharge on Panzerfaust

Except:
1. +25% Rifle nade range(+7.5) have a bigger impact than +25% Molotov range(+3.75) as Rifle nade range(30 vs 15) is much bigger to begin with and the firing motion is more concealed.
2. LMG 42 add penetration value(1.2/1.1/1) to the squad whereas PPSH41 don't(1/1/1, same as a normal rifle), so a 1.3 armor Vet3 Grenadier take much less damage from ppsh conscript squads than a 1.3 armor vet 3 Conscript does from LMG Gren squads.

There are no armor units besides shocktroops. All those vet armor buff were converted into receive accuracy.

The balance is pretty good i find, only in late late game if the game during a lot, LMG on grens become cheat.

But don't forget that in early game Ostheer need 60 muni for make a medic and 55 muni for a 222 for counter a M3 for exemple ;)
