Hello everyone i just bought the mechnized support commander

Im really loveing it, but back to the topic, hows the current state of the isu ?
What i have seen the main gun has almost none ai capabilities, or am i wrong

But i really like the good at performance of the isu, espacally with mark vehicle!

Whats your opinion?

Imo it's fine at this point in time, and the AI problem with it gets solved by using HE ammo. But I don't usually use it as AT against heavier tanks since the AP penetration is pretty bad (260).

It can fire he ammo? Did i miss a thing?

i think its at is ok not really good but ok
But the range gives you a advantage

You need to manually switch the ammo type to HE if you want it (and you generally do).

yes i also think its quite good.
it also comes with the guards wich is a good combo

There's also one with the ISU and Shock Troops, which isn't bad either.

In fact, Guards aren't all that good right now.

i really like guards because you can destroy everything up to the (and) pzIV. but they burn ammo

Depends how you play. More static with support weapons and the guards work nice, but more fluid with conscripts and shocks are more useful.

Thing I like the most about ISU is its worth while stopping off at T3 first.

In 2v2 and higher, ISU is amazing but in 1v1 it's very risky since you have to rely on 2-3 AT Guns and AT nades - time to switch rounds is too long to make ISU universal unit.
