Menu Locked at 30fps?

Ever since the WFA release is it just me or is the menu locked at 30fps. The menu its self is horribly laggy and Im wondering if anyone else is getting this issue or if Relic confirmed it.

I do also have noticed this laggy menu and i wish Relic will do something about it. Hate when developers do it, because it feels unpolished and unfished. It is because of the movies running in the background (They are locked to 30fps).
Specially in the automatch when are you trying to search for a game, the menu there is crappy slow. On my computer its even running 20 fps in that menu, but in the first "Main menu", i can get up to 70fps and that feel alot nicer to me.

Ohh i forgot, you can, disable vsync in AMD/Nvidia menu, make it off!

It's your Graphics card. I'd suggest investing in a $400+ card, this will fix your issue.

Yeah its v-sync.
Its best to leave it on, V-sync doesn't reduce your fps as much as it caps it to your native monitor refresh rate.
Thats why, depending on the quality of your monitor, it can be capped at 30/60/70/120 fps etc
This stops crazy high fps on things like menu which only serve to cook your card.
It also stops 'screen tearing' when your fps far exceeds your monitor refresh rate resulting in horizontal lines appearing as the screen is dissected into several portions as it tries to catch up with displaying the image
A $300 card capable of running a game at 120fps doesn't mean your $150 budget monitor can display it very well.

I know what vsync is and I'm running 60fps in game. The menu runs at about 24-30 with a gtx670 8gigs ddr3 and core I5 clocked at 3.6ghz. The menu is just laggy as a bug and not related to hardware.
