Some may know this, but I also play electric bass in a band called #RISABOV, a Prog/Extreme Metal band from Athens, Greece and we are currently at the rather slow process of recording our new Single and soon afterwards second whole Studio album. We are indeed the "poor" Greeks after all, but thankfully we feel pretty confident for the future on the Technical/Progressive/Extreme Metal field.
About a month ago, we decided to give a try on advertising ourselves on the crowd-funding website Indiegogo.com. Of course this project is still ongoing for another month, so tonight I decided to write this down hoping someone from our beloved vCoH-CoH2 community is willing to at least view the happening, donate whatever little he/she has to offer, talk to other people about, or maybe hear the work of our first record, which is for free and hey, free Metal is always good.
So here it is, our first release from back about 2 years ago in 2013.
After a few minor lineup changes on Guitar and Vocals we are practically doing a fresh start with this band. We spent the entire 2014 indoors making this possible, endlessly practicing with not a single gig, except for one in 11-1-14, which was by the way exactly a year ago.
Our new songs don't entirely sound like this record above, and I'm afraid we will include less bloody lyric concepts. But hey, there is still distortion, palm muting, triplets, more extreme drumming and soloing of all instruments, basically a vast improvement on our intrumental and vocal work.
