Hello,
3% accuracy bulletin add 3%+X% ,or 1.03*X% ?
X= curent accuracy

Is this bulletin usefull in real? All people have this bulletin for infantry (me also), but i am thinking about swaping this, for another grenade +7% range. ;)

Thank

While bulletins don´t do much, the best performance boosting ones are "increased accuracy".

Those directly influence dps.

Range of molotov 15.
Assume you use 7% bulletins. So u got incredible 16.05 range

If there are 3 of them u will get 18+ range.

and compare to Veterancy

Conscripts
Veterancy 2

+25% Range on Molotov
+40% Accuracy

as you can see vet 2 gives more then 3 bulletins (+7 % range)

but of coz they all stack so at vet 2 you get almost 50%

Yes, range is super :-)

But matter on 3% accuracy? It is game changing too much? Almost everyone use it.

Saw this yesterday. It was annoying because the shreks they had reliably sniped infantry models on every shot when they got to vet 2 and 3.

yes agree. People are forced to equip PGs with shreks because without them they can't kill even 2 models of crippled engineer squad.

Ask this yourself, you want reliable results over the course of a game (10% increase performance on 1 unit) or the surprise factor of something like 21% increased range on nades?

That if you stack them, at the end with vet the range is appreciable.

Aradan, Relic has said that accuracy is first in line in the dps algorithm so it's more impactufl than cooldowd or reload so even though it's a bronze bulletin it's better than those.

I think the 10% faster experience for units is the best bulletin and that every unit in the game should have one.

I've noticed that there has been zero duplicate drops of these bulletins. I wonder why....

I have definitely seen duplicate drops of them. I have two for the 120mm mortar and a pal has 2 for Maxim. the second one definitely makes a difference.
