...on a specific map.
Langres, 3-4 conscripts backed up with two snipers, the double zis, then IS2/T3485 from shock rifle/guard motor/armored assault.
I can't get ostheer light vehicles to cut it when chasing snipers, even without guards on the field, because of mines/AT nades. large T1 to T3 to try and punish holding out for call-ins by getting P4s to get map control doesn't seem to work either, because the field guns cover so much ground and the risk of mines prevents diving in on the snipers. Pak 43 is really exposed to snipers on that map from the north too. So I end up with LMG grens, which on most maps help beat conscripts- but snipers pick me to pieces in a static fight, or I go for a flank and charge snipers, which sprint away and the conscripts (and shocks if there are any) eat up the grenadiers at close range.
Any suggestions? Halftrack and try to bunker his cutoff? or is it just a L2P micro issue?
Here is a replay vs HOI Zarkcloud. I win, but only with the Ace and because I think he screwed up in the end, which isn't much of a win in my books. And i'd like to know what to do with any other doctrine.

Actually, an interesting play that you don't often see, at least not since Beta is loading up a halftrack with panzergren squads then bypassing his base MG's to charge his base while his men reinforce early-mid game before tanks hit the field. You can effectively wipe his infantry force while they are in the stretchers if you catch him off guard.
If you do it right, you may even catch his snipers.
Most of the fighting on Langres takes place on the mid and right side of the map for some reason, which often leaves sparse troop movements on the left. I've used the Jaeger Infantry Doctrine to some effect on this map, it's good to take your panzergrens, outfit them with camouflage and put them in some cover on top of his fuel point. When he closes in to investigate and recap, you can ambush and wipe his squads almost instantly.
Plus with the Stuka Loiter call-in, you'll have some decent anti-tank ability with it. Not to mention snipers can't kill what they can't see. Ambush camo helps a lot.
