22 FPS as highest in main menu AND in-game?

I set ALL settings to lowest, resolution to 800x600 and 50%.
Still no higher than 22 FPS!

I checked in Nvidia control panel and everything is fine, i set to "prefer maximum performance" and tried to deactivate and then activate vsync for any better FPS... None.

My rig:

i5 2500k 4.20Ghz
GTX 780 3GB
SSD 250GB
16GB RAM

I also disabled replay/playbacks as one guide described would increase FPS... It did not do shit.

What else is there to do!?
Dont come say "update directX and drivers" BECAUSE THAT IS ALREADY DONE.

Yeah but still, with a 780 and a 2500k he should atleast be getting around 40 and not be stuck at 22 ingame.

Do you notice any diffrence on diffrent maps and when units are either in or out of combat? Or is it a consistent 22 fps?

Check if your video card or CPU is overheating, that might be the problem.

Try deleting the company of heroes 2 folder in the c/documents/mygames folder.

It should be automatically rewritten once you start the game again.

This will delete all your replays so make backups if you want to.

Sure it might be temps forcing the CPU and or GPU to clock down. But then you should notice a diffrence between lets say the first game when booting up the PC and games after that. Well unless it is really bad then yes might be it.
Are you experiencing any crashes or anything of the sort? Bluescreens or just shutdowns?

Otherwise my money is currently on some bugged driver. Yes I know you have the latest but have you done a clean install when updating? Like uninstall them, do a reboot and install them again?

Because your experience isn't normal. You should not get that low fps with those settings and that rig.

Blablalba temps and so on.

Its all bullshit.

1. How the hell can a game AT MAIN MENU start with "high temps" for a GPU that does not even get over 60C on BF4 on ultra?
2. No, its not the temps.

So how the fuck does this work then?

"Oh, how terrible, your setup is not lucky enough, sorry you cant play the game"

What about all the money i spent on it!?

Some people get better performance by turning down the audio quality or turning UP the video settings, somehow.

No, really, its not possible if everything works fine, the game runs better on IntelHD that you have in your processor... Have you benchmarked the computer? Are other games working fine?

If I say I run AssCreed Unity at 50FPS, will that be proof enough?

(if you know the shitstorm about Unity, you would agree my computer is doing fine)

aka, yes I have done some benchmarking and yes, ALL the other games such as BF4(60-70fps Ultra), Company of heroes 1(50-60fps at med settings), war thunder(144fps all time), RO2 (100FPS)

Nothing is wrong with my computer.

Then your case is one of the strangest I've ever heard of. But if you are sure that reinstall doesn't work try playing a game against AI (can be with higher settings if it wont change fps under 20) and send here full log or even better graph of all data your cpu and gpu gives you (like frequency, load percent, used memory, even fan load percent, for both gpu and cpu + ram) maybe that will tell sth about the problem.

Well, something has to be wrong.

At which resolution do you actually play?
Have you checked CPU loads and temperatures?

Make sure your Intel HD graphics is disabled. (This is the most likely cause.)
Verify integrity of game cache.
Try stock clocks on the i5.

In that order.

This game runs better on AMD processors imo, my old pc had Intel I5 (3,4 4-core) and the game had worse performance that my even older AMD processor (2,5 dual core), dunno what's the reason behind that

Screwed up drivers / OS.

Your old AMD dual core should have bottlenecked any decent GPU.

My home rig is old with i2500k + 570gtx and I get above 40 fps with just shadows and snows to low... I can probably get more if I disable AA and textures but wheres the fun in that?

I'm sure there is a fix for it.
